Dr. LINDA MELOS,  N.D.  

Dr. Melos  is a licensed primary care
naturopathic physician and has 
a family practice of naturopathic 
medicine at the Healing Arts Center.   

 

As an experienced naturopathic doctor,
she provides a variety of natural medicine 
modalities, including herbal medicine, 
homeopathy and allergy elimination, NAET.

Natural healing is at the core of naturopathy,
  and Dr.  Melos  formulates an individualized 
holistic treatment plan that treats the underlying 
cause of symptoms and utilizes the body's 
inherent ability to heal, once the cause of the 
imbalance is removed.

Dr. Melos was born and raised in Iowa.  After her graduation from 
N.C.N.M,, a four- year naturopathic school in Portland, Oregon,  she 
established a practice in Salem, Oregon.  Her specialties included in 
women's health, home births, and pediatrics.    She  has also  served 
as a consultant  for a hair mineral analysis lab,  and is  excited to be 
moving her general practice  from western Colorado to the Healing 
Arts Center.

Dr. Melos uses clinical kinesiology to help evaluate her patients' 
health conditions, and is an advanced practitioner of the NAET 
allergy elimination technique.  She enjoys working with chronic 
conditions, including fatigue, depression, chronic pain, arthritis, 
blood sugar problems,  over- and under-weight conditions,  
cardio-vascular problems, glandular imbalances,  stomach and 
intestinal health,  and women's health issues such as PMS and 
menopausal symptoms.  Neuromuscular therapy and trigger point 
therapy are two techniques she uses for chronic muscle pain.
