   Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique

N.A.E.T

What is an Allergy?

An allergy is a condition of unusual sensitivity to one or more substances which may be harmless to the majority of other individuals. The allergic substance, known as an allergen, is viewed by the brain as a threat to the body’s well-being. Therefore, for our purposes, an allergy is defined in terms of what a substance does to the energy flow in the body. When contact is made with an allergen, it disrupts the normal flow of energy through the body’s electrical circuits between the brain and body, via the nervous system, occurs when the energy flow in a meridian becomes blocked. This blocked energy flow is the first step in a chain of events which can develop into an allergic response.

Subconscious & Conscious Mind

Our brains have a natural, built-in subconscious function controlling the immune system which has the potential of keeping us allergy free. What Dr. Devi S. Nambudripad has developed is a technique that consciously focuses the brain on a single allergen while clearing the blocked energy formerly associated with that allergen. This technique can successfully desensitize the body in order to achieve an allergy free state. Dr. Nambudripad’s research has shown that when major allergies are eliminated and the immune system is strengthened, the body resumes normal healing and homeostasis.

What is N.A.E.T.?

Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique, also known as N.A.E.T., is a safe, effective natural approach to detecting and eliminating all types of allergies. N.A.E.T combines techniques from Kinesiology (muscle strength testing), Chiropractic, and Oriental Medicine, to clear allergic reaction through a "reprogramming" of the brain. The actual technique used involves light acupressure applied along both sides of the spinal column in an area where the energy flow of a meridian intersects with the nerve roots.

How Do You Test for Allergies?

An N.A.E.T. Specialist uses applied kinesiology techniques to perform a simple muscle response tests confirming a suspected allergen. In the case of animals, infants, very young children, the elderly and debilitated, a surrogate test subject is used. The principle is the same, however, in determining if the body in question has developed allergic responses to the environment around it.

The brain recognizes whatever substance comes close to the body, especially what comes in direct contact with it. When an allergen is discovered, it is because the brain has perceived that substance to be a threat to the body. Consequently, the energy flow in a meridian is disrupted and the resulting interferences in communication between the brain and the body evokes a weakness in the tester muscle. In this way, it is possible to communicate with the brain of the patient by triggering a mild response to the body. Lastly, reflexology may be used to pinpoint the blocked areas within a meridian while the allergen is in contact with the patient.

What Can Be Tested?

Any substance brought into the bio-electromagnetic field of the patient can elicit a response via the central nervous system. Actually any mineral, vegetable, animal substance, chemical compound, or physical agent in contact with the body, even a homeopathic remedy, can trigger this response. So in fact, anything in the environment can be easily tested without the use of invasive measures.

How Many Sessions Will Be Needed?

A comprehensive N.A.E.T. program is followed to the needs of the individual patient, and carries according to the overall severity of the allergic condition, the number of allergens involved, and the strength of the patient’s response to treatment. Obviously, this is a highly variable situation for the patient who has only recently become allergic and whose immune system responds quickly, the number of sessions will be far less than the patient who has had severe allergic reactions for many years.

Method For Clearing–What to Expect

After an initial time of gathering information on the patient’s medical history and sometimes their dental history, a survey testing is done through applied kinesiology. Muscle response testing is a standard kinesiological procedure using the muscle-skeletal system controlled by cerebral cortex centers. This simple, practical test confirms the presence and severity of allergic reactions quickly and easily. The indicator of an allergic response, the levels, involved, and the severity of the reaction are then recorded for each item tested.

Once allergens are identified an prioritized, acupressure is administered according to Dr. Devi Nambudripad’s protocol, which re-programs the body’s response to future contacts and relieves the allergic symptoms. The technique itself is non-invasive and involves stimulating the nerve roots along the spine at acupuncture points. This in turn, over-energizes the meridians, creating a state of free-energy flow.

What Happens After the N.A.E.T.?

Following the clearing of energy blockages, the allergen can be rechecked to see if the body has accepted the clearing process. After stimulation of specific acupressure points and a period of observation along with continued contact with the allergen in a free-flowing energy state, the patient is sent home to finish the clearing cycle.

Since bio-electromagnetic energy flow is governed by the body’s biological time clock, the patient AVOIDS ALL CONTACT with the tested allergens for a 25 hour period immediately following the N.A.E.T. This allows the newly reprogrammed energy to be exposed to the 12 major meridians as the body cycles through its time clock. At the end of 25 hours, the patient is rechecked to verify that all allergic responses to the allergen are eliminated or whether some complexity needs to be reevaluated in some situations further clearing may be needed to completely eliminate an allergy. When the clearing process is completed, it appears that the allergy is eliminated from the body’s cellular memory.

THE ALLERGY IS REALLY GONE!

Categories of Allergens

INHALANTS-what your breath in examples: dust, pollen, chemical odors

INGESTANTS-what you eat or drink examples: foods, beverages, vitamins, drugs

CONTACTANTS-what touches your skin, hair or mucus membranes examples: soap, shampoo, chemicals, fabric

INJECTANTS-substance injected into you examples: vaccine, antibiotics, insect bites

INFECTANTS-infectious agents examples: virus, bacteria, microorganisms

MOLD & FUNGI-yeast like agents causing reaction by contact examples: yeast, mold, mildew

PHYSICAL AGENTS-substances with physical properties and effects examples: heat, cold, wind, light, radiation, electricity, people, places

3 Levels of Allergies

Allergies affecting the Physical Level (1) If there is a structural of physical involvement as a result of an allergen, the body might experience pain, stiffness, muscle spasms, etc. Often the allergen is a contactant and the skin may be involved.

Allergies affecting the Nutritional Level (2) If there is a biochemical or nutritional involvement as a result of an allergen, the allergen could be a food item, or a chemical that entered the body via ingestion, injection, and inhalation. The allergen reacts at the metabolic (cellular) level.

Allergies affecting the Emotional Level (3) If there is a psychological or genetic involvement, the allergens may have attached to an emotional trauma or experience.

Benefits of N.A.E.T

Finding allergies and eliminating them is a positive step in helping your body return to its normal balance metabolic state of homeostasis. Energy is no longer wasted on allergic reactions, but instead can be spent on detoxifying and healing.

Future health problems can be prevented by strengthening the immune system and by maintaining a properly functioning metabolism.

N.A.E.T. assists the body by reprogramming the brain to accept and fully utilize the food and nutrient substances needed for growth and maintenance. Eliminating allergies also aids in all other forms of conventional and complementary therapy.

Can N.A.E.T. Help Me?

Ask yourself these questions:

1. Do I have allergies?

2. Are these allergies affecting my health & quality of life?

3. Has previous medical care been unable to free me of my allergies?

4. Would I appreciate a painless, non-invasive, natural technique to rid me of my allergies?

5. Would I like to be involved in a learning technique to improve my health?

If you have answered "YES" to any of these questions, N.A.E.T. may be right for you.
